2007 Commercial Spotlight Held at Ayrsley
Charlotte, N.C.Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors chose Ayrsley's Kings Parade for its 2007 Commercial Spotlight held May 15th. More than 200 people attended the CRCBR event including industry professionals and service providers. The annual event highlighted the latest commercial real estate projects in the Charlotte area.


The Town of Ayrsley is a 180-acre, 5 million-square-foot master-planned urban development in southwest Mecklenburg County. A pedestrian-friendly community where residents, tenants and visitors can park their car and walk to various entertainment venues, retailers and restaurants, Ayrsley was created by Henson-Tomlin Interests and Cambridge Partners, LLC.

Kings Parade I is the most recent addition to The Town of Ayrsley and will feature ground-level restaurant and retail space with Class-A offices available on the second and third floors. The architect for the project is Overcash-Demmitt Architects, and the general contractor is Concorde Construction Company.
