Eat Here Now Announces ‘Kids Eat Free Day’!
Charlotte, NC June 22, 2009 – Eat Here Now is launching a ‘Kids Eat Free All Day Tuesday’ program. The restaurant has recently re-opened as a classic diner with a new menu and new “diner” décor and in celebration of their grand re-opening, has implemented an exciting program designed with families in mind.
“With free kids movies at 10 AM on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the Ayrsley Movie Theater, we thought having “kids eat free day” on Tuesdays would be a great way to build our business while capitalizing on the growth of Ayrsley as a destination for family entertainment”, stated Andy Henson, owner of Eat Here Now.

Ayrsley draws more tenants, construction of all kinds
Crews have started work on Charleston Row, a 90,000-square-foot office and retail building that's modeled after one in Charleston.
The Pi Kappa Phi fraternity announced recently that it will move its national offices there. The fraternity's 13,000-square-foot space will include a museum, educational seminar room and administrative offices.

2007 Commercial Spotlight Held at Ayrsley
Charlotte, N.C.Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors chose Ayrsley's Kings Parade for its 2007 Commercial Spotlight held May 15th. More than 200 people attended the CRCBR event including industry professionals and service providers. The annual event highlighted the latest commercial real estate projects in the Charlotte area.
